Finding a quiet space to feed your baby or pump can be challenging. But know that there are nursery / designated spaces available sometimes!

• Public buildings (offices, play spaces, airports, etc.)

  • Upscale shopping malls/department stores (e.g., Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's) often have nursing areas in the female restrooms.
  • Airport
    • Look for “Nursery” rooms. Typically, these rooms are equipped with a comfortable chair and diaper-changing station.
    • Some airport terminals will have the Mamava pods.
